About the Organisation
Prajñādhara is one of the three divisions of Snehadhara Foundation (SF). SF is a registered non-profit organisation based in Bangalore that has emerged as a pioneer in the field of Arts Practices for Inclusion (API) since its inception in 2012. At the heart of SF’s mission is the belief that inclusion is fundamental to fostering a more compassionate and empathetic society. SF is dedicated to establishing inclusive environments where arts practices play a central role in education and learning.
API began with a vision to cultivate empathetic and inclusive spaces for children with disabilities. Since its inception in Argentina in 2018, the program has garnered global recognition, including the prestigious Global Award from the Millennium Alliance (in partnership with FICCI and USAID, alongside the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India).
Prajnadhara has trained 170+ Arts Practitioner for Inclusion and Arts Based Therapy Practitioners from India, Nepal and Sri Lanka since 2017.
