About the Organisation
Prajñādhara is the practitioner learning and engagement vertical of Snehadhara Foundation.
Snehadhara Foundation is a Bengaluru-based non-profit working at the intersection of arts, inclusion, and human development. Our work is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief that inclusion is not an intervention, but a way of being. It is built through how we relate to one another, how spaces are held, and how participation is made possible in everyday life.
Over the years, this work has evolved into Arts Practices for Inclusion (API)—a practice-led approach that uses the arts as a medium to build connection, participation, and belonging across diverse contexts. What began as work within therapeutic and care settings has grown into a wider framework that now engages with education, communities, and organisations shifting the focus from individual support to relational and systemic inclusion.
At Prajñādhara, we carry this work forward by building practitioners, facilitating learning journeys, and partnering with organisations to integrate inclusive practices into their everyday environments. Our approach is experiential, reflective, and deeply rooted in real-world practice where the arts become a way to engage, connect, and create spaces where people can be seen, heard, and included.
