Vidhula is an API Practice & Systems Associate at Snehadhara Foundation, where she contributes to strengthening the implementation, quality, and continuous evolution of Arts Practices for Inclusion™ (API). Her work spans programme observation, monitoring and evaluation, practice-based research, systems development, and practitioner support, helping ensure that API remains responsive, evidence-informed, and grounded in the principles of participation, dignity, belonging, and inclusion.

With a background in public policy, Vidhula brings an interdisciplinary perspective to programme development and organisational learning. She supports the design of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, contributes to implementation reviews and impact documentation, and assists in developing systems that strengthen programme quality across diverse contexts. She has also been involved in research for the API ABT Compendium, co-facilitated arts-based sessions with neurodivergent participants, and supported organisational communication and stakeholder engagement.

Vidhula has completed her Master of Public Policy at the Kautilya School of Public Policy. Her academic work has focused on governance, community participation, cultural policy, and qualitative research, reflecting her interest in inclusive public systems and evidence-based practice. She combines strong research and analytical skills with experience in strategic communication, enabling her to translate field insights into meaningful learning resources and knowledge products.

Puneet Maroo leads Admissions and National Inclusive Expansion at Snehadhara Foundation, where he is responsible for building the national admissions architecture and institutional partnership ecosystem for the Arts Practices for Inclusion (API) framework.

With over a decade of experience across education, partnerships, and outreach strategy, Puneet has worked closely with universities, colleges, and organisations to develop scalable admissions pipelines and collaborative institutional networks. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Operations Management from Auckland University of Technology and has also studied Advertising. His professional journey spans diverse sectors including printing and publishing, retail, banking, and education, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to building sustainable growth ecosystems.

At Snehadhara, he is focused on expanding the national footprint of the API framework through partnerships with institutions, practitioners, and organisations committed to inclusive learning. Outside of work, Puneet is passionate about fitness and begins most mornings with a 45-minute workout. He enjoys playing cricket on weekends and is also an enthusiastic table tennis player, having won several awards during his school and university years.
