Our nature is to nurture, to care for the ones we love and to share our happiness. The fullest expression of our shared human virtues is our capacity to make close friendships, to come together for a common cause, and to offer ourselves in service to others.

Pradñyā Smriti is an 8 – session program on ‘Wisdom based Mindfulness’.  Through dialogues, artistic tools, videos, book talks and stories  Pradñyā Smriti looks at the practice of Compassion, Mindfulness and Wisdom into daily life. 

The Pradñyā Smriti sessions focus on:

Practical methods to cultivate virtues like Generosity, Discipline, Patience, Diligence, Meditation and Wisdom.

Understanding errors in perceptions and destructive emotions

Experiences of training of attention, analyzing emotions and practicing mindfulness from the perspective of Indian Mind Traditions.

Gaining awareness of our own patterns and behaviors and letting go of those that prevent us being compassionate beings true to our real nature.
