Who This Is For
Open only to organisations based in Pune and Mumbai working with neurodiversity, disability, and social inclusion.
We invite organisations to nominate 1–2 participants from their teams who:
- work directly with neurodiverse individuals (including educators and special educators)
- support programmes, facilitation, or care
- are looking to strengthen inclusive practices within their organisation
Core Themes
- Using simple arts-based processes for connection, expression, and regulation (no prior experience needed)
- Understanding neurodiversity beyond diagnosis
- Creating inclusive and participatory spaces
- Working with difference, behaviour, and expression
- Supporting teams and caregivers in emotionally demanding roles
- Reflecting on inclusion within your own organisational culture
